• Orders of one to two (1-2) books – no minimum surcharge, but firm sales only.
• Orders of three (3) or more books – sale or return.
• 35% discount applies to booksellers and libraries.

Freestyle Publications reserves the right to revise discounts and recommended retail prices at any time.

For orders of up to five (5) books, customer pays postage. For orders over five (5) books, delivery free in store (FIS) within Australia. For deliveries outside Australia, normal international postage rates apply.

Credit terms are strictly net 30 days from date of invoice. Should the customer default in payment due, Freestyle Publications will be entitled to charge interest at the rate of 5% per month until the date of actual payment. The customer agrees to reimburse Freestyle Publications the cost of recovering any such monies. Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the customer until the customer pays Freestyle Publications in full for the goods.

Stock must be held for a minimum of three months and returned within six months from the original date of invoice. All returns must be authorised by contacting Freestyle Publications. The return consignment must be returned within 21 days of authorisation.

Books must be returned in mint condition, bearing no form of in-store pricing. Freight is to be paid by the customer.

Damaged copies are replaced only if returned within 10 days of invoice.
