surcharge but firm sales only
(35% discount to booksellers)*

(35% discount to booksellers)

For orders of 3 or more copies: sale or return
(40% discount to booksellers).

retail prices at

| Payment / Credit |
|
Credit terms are strictly net
30 days from date of invoice. Should the customer default in payment due, then
all such monies shall immediately become due and payable within 7 days or
Freestyle Publications will be entitled to charge interest at the rate of 2%
flat per month until the date of actual payment. The customer agrees to
reimburse Freestyle Publications the costs of recovering such monies. Ownership
of the goods shall not pass to the customer until the customer pays Freestyle
Publications in full for the goods |
| Delivery |

Free
Into Store (FIS) within Australia unless an alteration
to Freestyle Publications’ normal shipping method is
approved. |
| Returns |
|
The
stock must be held for a minimum of three months and
returned within six months from the original date of
invoice. All returns must be authorized by contacting
Freestyle Publications. The return consignment must:

Bear the Freestyle
Publications returns label

Be returned within 21
days of the authorization

Be sent to Freestyle
Publications’ office and freight to be paid by the
customer
-
Arrive in mint
condition, bearing no form of in-store pricing.

| Misbound, Faulty
or Damaged Books |
|
Claims for misbound, faulty or damaged books must be
made within 14 days of date of invoice. Freestyle
Publications to pay return freight for misbound, faulty
or damaged books. |
